All Star Elite Cheerleading
At Adrenaline Athletics, all star cheerleading is the heart of what we do. As our most popular program, all star cheerleading provides participants with the opportunity to train on a team for 10 months and attend regional and destination competitions. The season runs July to May with time off during the season for holidays. Athletes must purchase shoes, uniform and bow.  These teams compete at 3 in province competitions.  These teams practice twice a week for 2 hours each practice with a 1 hour tumbling class a week.


All Star Prep Cheerleading

At Adrenaline Athletics, all star prep cheerleading is a 8 month program that teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading. This program is a great stepping stone into a competitive program.  We teach tumble, stunts and jumps.  The prep season runs November through June each year for ages 8-12.  Practices are twice a week for one and half hours and they compete at 2 in province competitions.  Athletes need to purchase prep practice/competition gear. 


All Star Novice Cheerleading
At Adrenaline Athletics, all star novice cheerleading is a 6 month program that teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading. We teach tumble, stunts and dancing. The prep season runs November through April each year for ages 4-6. Practices are once a week and teams perform at 1 in province competition and at multiple events around town. Athletes need to purchase practice gear. 



All Star Fundmentals Cheerleading (formerly Recreational)

At Adrenaline Athletics, recreational cheerleading is a 10-12 week program that teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading.  We teach tumble, stunts and tosses.  This program does not compete and does perform around town.  They perform a display at the end of the session.  This program does not get a uniform.


Session #1 Fall (October - December)

Session #2 Winter (January - March)

Session #3 Spring (April - June)


Tumbling Classes

Tumbling at Adrenaline Athletics is separated into competitive classes, recreational classes, clinics and private lessons. Each competitive athlete has a scheduled 1 hour practice each week. As well there are options for multiple level clinics throughout the season. Private Lessons are a great way to get 1 on 1 time with a coach and get some extra work.


Our Tumbling Classes focus on the fundamentals of beginning tumbling.  Each session runs for 12 weeks.  To learn more about recreational tumbling please call the gym.
